Get API access
Access starts with a registered application bound to your association. If you do
not yet have credentials, ask your association administrator to register an
application in the business portal, or contact Zeam to get started.
Get help
When you contact support, include the requestId from the response (it mirrors
the X-Request-Id header). It lets Zeam trace the exact request.
Reporting an issue
Include, where possible:
- The endpoint and HTTP method.
- The
requestId and the time of the request.
- The environment (sandbox or production).
- The status code and the
type from the problem response.
Never share secrets in a support request: no bearer tokens, client secrets, or
x-zeam-auth values, even redacted.
